What you get for that money:
CONSULT
You fill out a questionnaire and provide bloodwork. I assess and explain your bloodwork in the consultation. You receive your personalized nutrition plan and your recommended list of supplements.
FOLLOW UP
We will assess and discuss your progress along with any indicated modifications to your menu, activities, and supplements.
COMPLETE GUIDE AND SUPPORT
You will get a personalized nutrition plan, supplement list, sample recipes, and suggested modifications to your favorite foods. You will also get personalized guidance on food choices, supplements, activities, and other individualized support for 3 to 6 months (as determined by the plan you select).
PLAN WITH A MINIMAL OVERVIEW
You will get a personalized nutrition plan, a supplement list, and a sample set of recipes, and have the opportunity to submit one set of written questions regarding your progress (limited in scope) to which you will receive a written response.
