About Yana
I don’t particularly like going to school, I guess that's why I have spent all my life in school.
Thanks to my first and completely unused education, I am a historian.
Then came a variety of medical or health-related institutions and courses.
Seventeen years ago, I had a major physical collapse, which, as it turned out, was due to gluten intolerance, and 3 years later, the diagnosis of celiac disease was confirmed. During those three years, I was treated for everything from anxiety to cancer.
Also, during those three years, I ate buckwheat and cottage cheese. It is enough to survive, but not what one would call “living.” My blood work results were always highlighted in red on every line. The doctors seemed sincerely surprised that I was still dragging my feet, and this inability to accurately assess my condition eventually led me to chemotherapy. It was finally then that my insides rebelled, and with the last of my strength, I went to look for other answers. Doctors are not gods, and they can and do make mistakes. I was living (barely) proof of medicine’s inadequacies. And then, one blood test, read properly, changed everything! One result brought me the correct diagnosis. But my body was already seriously crippled.
Additionally, and unfortunately, my mom then became ill. Mom was diagnosed with diverticulosis. The last attack was about 5 years ago, and she had to be hospitalized. There was no operation, but a tube through the nose is no less painful. And a terrible sight.
So, for the sake of my beloved and my own future, I began to study alternative ways of healing.
In my arsenal, there are phytotherapy studies, including naturopathy -medicinal herbs, myotherapy- medicinal mushrooms, food products for various diseases, vitamins and dietary supplements.

A healthy lifestyle involves a combination of factors, including a mindset where one establishes a schedule of food, water, sleep, and activity, and my day now encompasses these things.
Over the past 9 years of experiences with myself and my clients, I have repaired my own body, and I am getting closer and closer to my dream of helping people with various diseases live a tasty, long, and enjoyable life.
I confess that I love delicious food. Food for me, is an art form similar to music and jewelry. I have been studying culinary arts for many years. Wonderful food is like going to the opera, always a holiday. Which food products are compatible (and this is not about lemon with milk) is a critical factor in all of this. One must understand the relationship between a strawberry sauce for beef heart, why quails should be soaked in fresh grapes with garlic, and why stewed veal roast
goes with mustard and plums. Perfect combinations are both perfectly delicious and nutritionally perfect together.
I also love to drink delectable foods! I know 18 ways to make delicious black coffee. I started studying cognacs, and I became a sommelier. I have a rather large culinary library, where each book is a masterpiece revelation. But the most important thing is that all this knowledge does NOT prevent you from living a harmonious life; it truly makes it all possible!
I must confess that five years ago, after starting a relationship with my current husband, I lost my vigilance and ate almost 10 unwanted kilograms back into my fragile frame. I drank more since every dinner, every day, was accompanied by wine. It was VERY difficult to get back to my desired size. As a result, I have tried many programs as well as diets. None were sustainable or successful. I came to the realization that the healthy lifestyle I devised is the most reliable and enjoyable. The fight back to full health was an indispensable experience that helped me understand psychology and confirm the statistics. It is undeniable that “diets” are never long-term solutions, and as soon as you complete the diet program, you immediately begin to gain your old weight back. It is an unhealthy and unending seesaw existence.
Consuming processed and adulterated foods that are the focus of mass marketing programs will only leave you broken. My life experience and the knowledge I have acquired has taught me that we can enjoy eating, and remain healthy, no matter what our personal issues may be. We can enjoy life and enjoy eating every day.
